MPA Details and instructions

MPA is tomorrow, March 7th! Below you will see information and everything you need to know.

We will depart from the high school via school bus at 10:00 AM. Students will need to come to the band room during advisory and will depart from there. We will be performing at Moody in the University of Alabama. Students will be provided with pizza upon returning to the school. Students are responsible for their own instruments. Students also received field trip forms that must be turned in by tomorrow, an extra copy has been attached to this post.

• Depart - 10:00

• Warm-up - 11:00

• Perform - 11:30

• Sight-reading - 12:00

• Head back - 12:30

• Eat - 1:00

Parents are allowed to watch our performance at 11:30, but are not permitted to attend warm-up or sight-reading with us.

Bring:

• Formal black attire

• Official Symphonic band folders

• Sheet music

• Instrument

• Packed lunch (if you are not eating pizza with us)
